It appears the M40ti, can still be purchased in the floorstanding speaker area, so you could build your own system with what speakers you want... or if you click on Store and Home Theatre packages, it is still listed there

Not that I'm aware of, it is kinda strange why it is no longer in the Products menu on the website, but does appear in the Store section....

Sean,

Er, uhm, the M40 may just quietly fade away. I have no definitive statement on this but I sense the tide turning. On the other hand, I'm writing a bunch of new pages for our site re-design, so maybe we overlooked it. . .

Just curious... is the M50 still the best seller?

Does this mean my M40's are soon-to-be collector's items?

Maybe I can sell them back to Axiom, so they can display them in the "Axiom Museum of Speakers". (They have less than 600 original miles on them!)

Hmmm.....

kcarlile,

I don't think so. It depends on whether you are speaking of number of units sold per month vs. sales in dollars. I'll check; the figures change. In terms of sales in dollars, it was the M80ti for quite a while--no surprise there. But as to the most popular model in units, I'll check the latest and report. . .

OK, let's get the pool going

Here are my predictions, probably all wrong :

- most units (fronts only) : M22

- most units (all) : QS4

M60ti, VP180, QS8, M2ti, EP500, PC-Plus 20-39
M5HP, M40ti, Sierra-1
LFR1100 active, ADA1500-4 and -8

I'd gamble - most units : M3's
2nd : M22's
