Kinda. It's a very simple companion remote which can be programmed for simple operation by those who are technically challenged.

thought I'd stop in and say "I'm on my way to Vegas, I'm on my way to Vegas!" For CES of course.
Oh....the software for the MX-700 editor only runs in Windows.

Curtis, we expect some major reportage. If you get a chance, take a look at the new Denon DVD-5910.

bray, the only mac solution is using the Windows emulator (I don't remember its name). On th eother hand, if you have access to a PC at owrk, this thing can be set up in an hour or two. After set up, its a matter of minor tweaks that can be done manually, or the addition of a new component which can be done added at work.

I live in a mac world, at work and home, but I do have a few friends with those other machines.

I envy your total Mac existence. I use a PC at work and have a Mac at home. SInce my wife dominates the Mac during the school year (2nd grade teacher), I need a second computer, so I went (shudder) to the dark side & got a PC for the den. Works pretty well & I get the best (and worst) of both worlds.

It should be here on Friday. God help me for asking this next question....what type of cable should I get??

Don't spend too much on a cable. Blue Jeans sells cable that will work perfectly. I'd recommend their middle-grade subwoofer cable (Belden 1505F). You can get 15 feet for $20.50.
