This is my stereo set up,H/K 3370 receiver Yamaha CDC 795 cd player,Axiom M-3TIs and aInfinity BU-80 sub.I listen to mostly soft jazz and I'm very pleased with what I'm hearing.I'ts amazing the how pure the music is coming from these small speakers. How much better can it get for the $1000 I spent? You guys are always saying how good the Denon receivers are.Would a denon DRA 395 or a DRA 685 improve my set up that much?

Not likely. The H/K is a fine receiver. Unless it lacks features or you're looking to get into the higher end, I wouldn't bother.

I doubt Denon would be an improvement, but for 1000 bucks (Cdn or US?) you MUST audition some integrated amps! Even lower-priced units by Cambridge Audio, Antique Sound Labs, Jolida, Arcam or Parasound can make a night-and-day difference in how your system sounds.
If you're happy with the HK stick with it. Otherwise have a blast auditioning gear at specialty shops.
