Once you look at all your choices, the 3805 and other Denons are available at authorized etailers like Ubid, PC Mall, Onsale. My son and I each bought refurbished 3805's.

I think it is the entire chain. You could bargain with them before they were going out of business, I bet you could get an even better deal now with a little persistent bargaining.
