Ah, yes, that makes sense. I've never purchased speakers from them . Inconsiderate jerks must be taking up the wheelie spaces in the parking lot.

Even assuming, as Dean points out here, and I and others have also suspected, that some regular stock has to be sold at 10% off as blemished to fill the demand, it's unlikely in my opinion that the increased sales volume hasn't been to Axiom's benefit over the years that Factory Outlet was in effect.
Competition is all very well, but I get quite enough in my life and don't want to play games when I want to buy something. My view is that the present auction setup is a bad arrangement and the Factory Outlet should be reinstated. Returned speakers(factory re-tested)could be specifically listed, as available, and sold at a set discount of possibly 20%.

Buy it now should be exactly that. Click the button and you buy it and it is then shipped. Waiting after you click that button is just counterintuitive.

I agree. Either change the behavior or change the button. Perhaps "Buy it Soon"

Wait, you guys are saying the Buy Now button doesn't do just that? I thought the complaint was about how the buy now option disappeared after someone bid on the item.

It's unfortunate that the auction has been up for this long but these things weren't addressed earlier. Or maybe it has come up but I missed it.
I also think John is spot on (as usual).

OK, hold up. Who here has first hand experience with the auctions, and what problems have you experienced? Being outbid doesn't count as a problem, dudes.

Being outbid doesn't count as a problem, dudes. That's very true. I know that the four week time frame and "Buy Now" issue were mentioned, and valid in my opinion.

Question - can't one or two people on the council go through the entire process to test it out? The order could easily be canceled.

I bought M3s through the auction site with the Buy Now. I don't remember any sort of waiting to purchase afterward.
