It's definitely a lot easier to add up the games that I've finished than the ones that I haven't.

This is what you do. Make a rule to not buy a video game until you finish the current one you are playing. This'll save you money and help you focus.

I don't think I'd ever get a new game!

It would be a good policy, though.

Are any of you members of Gamefly? With the way some of you tear through games, I'm wondering if anyone finds this as good a deal as Netflix is on the movie side.

I've considered signing up in the past to try it, but just don't spend enough time gaming to justify it.

I did, however, just upgrade my Netflix subscription to get more movies at the same time to help make it through the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend. \:D

I'm not a member of Gamefly but I have friends who are. They seem to like it.

I usually only buy a game if it has a really long single player story mode (like fallout or oblivion), or a good xbox live multiplayer mode (like gears2 or COD4).

If it is a rental (like mirrors edge) I just rent it from blockbuster because they don't have any late fees and I can keep the game for 3-4 weeks before they really start bugging me about it.

I just played through the Adventure mode of Peggle Extreme which is free on Steam. Pretty fun!

A bit of a hijack... but to the Canadians:

Anywhere in particular you've seen the best price on an XBox Pro? Looks like $299.99 is about normal for the console, a controller, and 2-4 titles that I really don't care about. Future Shop, Best Buy and Superstore all seem to be about the same, am I missing somewhere?
