I have a pair of older M22's with two mids and they have been in storage since 2014. Finally hooked them up again with a Rotel A12 MK11 and a Klipsch Sub. I have all the other speakers I bought from you except the sub, gave that to my brother in law years ago. I forgot how they sounded, all I can say is amazing. Blow my Klipsch 600M out the window.

These speakers are unsurpassed for their price range. In fact, these are better than those costing 3 to 5 times as much. The sound images emitted from these were so realistic that I thought I was entering an escapist domain. These speakers reproduce sound with acoustic finesse. naturalism, and smoothness that will allow you to pause and revel in the performance at hand.

I upgraded from M3s to the M22s. I expected a bit of improvement in sound, but I was totally unprepared for the amazing clarity these speakers provided! I thought the M3s were great, but when I started to listen to the M22s, it was like moving from a living room to a concert hall. I am so pleased to find a Canadian company that provides such quality at such a great price! (Did I mention that I am a Canadian, living in the USA?)

I found the web site while searching for speaker options; I think I looked at the site a few years ago when I was in the market and just forgot about it. What a nice surprise all over again. I buy Axiom because your price is good and you make your own products.

I had a pair of mid 80s B&W speakers that sounded great but took up a lot of real-estate in our living room. They started to give me problems and after a woofer blew I thought its time to modernize. A previous workmate told me about Axiom 5 years ago so I checked out the website. I saw a pair of Maple M22s in the refurb section for I think $679 cad. I made an inquiry because when I tried to purchase them it said they were black. Ian e-mailed me at 3:30 am the next morning assuring me they are maple!. Impressed I placed the order. After placing my order I noticed they had a sale that for orders over $500 you would get $75 off.I sent another inquiry to see if refurbs qualified. Debbie emailed me back saying yes but the deal was in US $ so I was close but still under the amount. I was a little miffed that the Canadian site would show in US $ when CAD is selected and I was just under the amount to qualify but you win some you lose some. A little while later Debbie Emails me back and says it only seems right that I get the discount!! They arrived in a couple days but were left on an uncovered porch with imminent rain. Luckily my wife was home and brought them in. I am impressed with the build quality and if they didn't tell me I wouldn't have thought they are used. So far customer service A+ 5 stars. ( Not including courier}
Now for the speakers.I wanted to try them without the subwoofer first. Knowing I'm going from full range 4' high dual 8" speakers to small bookshelf speakers I wasn't expecting window rattling base and I was right. These are the first speakers I've owned that could trip the protection relay on my old 45 watt pioneer without distorting first Hmm. Pulled out my older Pioneer SX-1010 100 watts per channel. The speakers could take it and the receiver could but my ears couldn't take the volume level. Wow! Time to get serious so I played with placement and listened to various music at a more reasonable level.They are sitting on the floor as i don't have stands yet but I am very impressed. Like others have said I hear things in the music that I never heard before. All that was missing was the base. I only have a cheap subwoofer that came with my surround system. I hooked up the speaker level inputs up to the old pioneer and left the surround hooked up to the sub in. It filled in the lower frequencies pretty good but I will be ordering a better sub eventually and it will definitely be from Axiom!
