It's amazing what a simple "I'm sorry it happened and for the inconvenience" will do for customer relations.

Just wondering out loud here as you are from Calgary, when was the last time you had really good customer service here? Our labor shortage shows itself at these levels the most. People that would normally not be hired for these positions are now being hired as companies can not find good people to hire for these front line positions.
