Cool, I had guessed that it boosted the low frequencies b/c I could hear more 'oomph' on the low end. Nice too know it boosts the higher frequencies too. I guess the boost in the low end is what makes it sound 'fuller' and the boost in the high end is what makes it sound more 'crisp'. Anyway- it seems to be fairly helpful at times.

One thing I hate is when I turn on restore for my internet radio, then switch to a streaming flac file... I always forget to turn it off and play my flac files with the restore enabled.

Another thing I wish you could do when streaming music is to click in the middle button on the remote and adjust the sub volume up or down like you can with any other source. I guess they thought you don't need to adjust channel levels when listening to net/usb?!?!?!?
