I downloaded
this nifty program after reading tons of people gushing over it's genius on the playstation.com message boards, but alas, it too, I cannot figure out.
1) How the hell do you rip a dvd into an mkv file? Supposedly with this guy's media server, streaming vids to PS3 is a simple, fast process of streaming an uncompressed mkv file. But what's that?
I've found that after decrypting a dvd with DVD Decrypter, that media server will allow me to play back the source VOB file, but only in 2-channel. Could this 2-channel only issue be the media server issue, or am I Decrypting improperly?
This ->.<- close to saying the hell with a dvd jukebox and going back to the old-school route of loading the damn discs into the machine.
Grrr...
