The freeze box is overlayed by your player on top of the video image (after verticle stretch), then your lens is "squashing" it down so it looks smaller. The movie image should look the same size as the lense and projector stretch should cancel out.

That is a nice looking projector mount- you do fantastic work. One day I will get HD-DVD, one day.
