I allready have the M80's, center 150 and the Nad c270. I still need a receiver and rears. Looking at the q8's and a Yamaha rxv1700, allthough i have not heard either. People seem to love the yammies and ive been offered the 1700 for a fair price. Ive heard the M80 are power hungry thus the reason i bought the Nad to power them and will use the 1700 to power the remaining speakers. I was just curious to see if anyone had auditioned the 1700 through any of the larger axiom speakers.
I hear alot on this site abou the Denon and Onkyo brands matching good with Axioms... but not to much regarding the Yamahas.
Curious minds want to know...
