Stay away from the 1920x1200 screen unless she has really good eyes. I assume WLED means that it's LED backlit. That generally means that it's more evenly bright, brighter, and uses less power.

Go for the 1440x900; 1280x800 is awfully low for a 15" screen.

I probably wouldn't bother with the 7200 RPM drive, either.
