As to the M22s, I would not bother with them unless you already have a subwoofer. On their own, they are, IMHO, thin sounding. If you have a sub that will fill in the lower octaves, then you might find that the M22s shine.[/code]
I have a sub although I am not that impressed with it. It is the Energy ESW-8 It does okay for music I suppose, but for movies I am not crazy about it. In your opinion would this work with the M-22? I think that this the biggest bookshelf, and I really don't have the room for floor speaker
