I just reran Audyssey with the sub level at slightly less than 1/3, the crossover on bypass, and the phase control at "0". This netted me a sub reading of a more reasonable -7db vs -12db, I may go to 1/4 on the sub level but it's much better now...no booming while watching TV, and still plenty of bass in the movies.
