Did you get one of the new finishes for the SVS?
Also, patience is not a problem, my current Velodyne (which I only just bought in July) goes down to 20Hz and I live in a small apartment. My main desire for a new sub is because of looks. I think the Velodyne is probably musical enough for me. I am mostly 50%HT 20% Music and unfortunately 30% cable TV (because of the girlfriends obsession with everything on MTV). Yes I saw every episode of Newlyweds and have seen every episode of RichGirls so far. I can not complain, though, she put in half the amount of money for my theater. So she deserves her own time with it.
