You don't provide details as to if the damage was shipping damage or if it was a buy as is situation. In either case, as Dean mentioned, depending on what you mean by pinched, you may not notice any issues.

Also, Axiom could probably make you a good deal on some replacment drivers. They are very easy to install. The m60's are awesome and sound great, you don't want to sacrifice what could be. \:\)
