Mata, first of all it is not Audyssey that is setting your speakers to small/large and to a 40hz crossover, this comes from the receiver mfg. Anyway, I would go with 80hz for the fronts and center, and 90hz for the Q's.
I have my M80's set to small 60hz, vp150 small 80hz, and Qs8's to small 90hz...
A lot has to do if you ran the setup correctly and followed the Audyssey setup guide on AVSforum.
I'm often confused in regards to Audyssey, but I believe Audyssey takes the measurement of frequency roll off, then communicates that to the reciever (by PFM I asume). The reciever then picks the next available higher X-over point.
I have a set of QS8Ti's and a set of QS8v2's in my room. It set the Ti's 30 htz highter then the V2's. (90 and 120) Not that this is relivent, but I did find it interesting.
I have my 80's set to 60, the twin 22's at 80 and left the Q's where the magic box wanted them.
