This is high end stuff, right? I've either been very unlucky, or somebody is sleeping in the QC office at Axiom.


Yes, talk to them about getting a new amp for your sub and for your Audiobytes. You should have called customer support as soon as you noticed the wiring was backwards so you could get a replacment sent as soon as possible. Good luck with your issues and keep us up to date on the resolution.
