I also liked some of the early "409" cars. I always thought the scalloped shaped heads looked pretty cool on them, same as the 348 engine on which it was based. Interesting how the combustion chambre was formed by using a flat milled head bottom set upon a 74 degree milled block deck, with the same angle on top of the piston.
