Mine stay on both due to WAF (wife appreciation factor) and personal preference. I like the minimalist look of a smooth black grill. I find it less distracting.

Hi. It's good to be here. Technically, I'm not a southerner. I moved to West Virginia after college last year to take a job. I really like the area though. Also, I have no wife or animals, so I'm thinking I might take mine off. I think the speakers look pretty sweet with the grilles off. This forum is awesome also. Lots of topics and good info.
