That was very popular nationally broadcast show with many children watching. It's not appropriate for the same reason women don't walk around in church without a top on (yes, extreme example).

It is not on public television every week. The last time I watched pokemon they didn't flash boobs at me. The last cartoon did nothing of the sort. Can you imagine them showing nudity in Disney films?

If I had a kid, I wouldn't want you or anyone else saying what was bad for it. I would make decisions about that myself. I don't want MTV & CBS (maybe approved by the NFL league itself) to cause stunts like this to raise raitings. Of course they planned this whole ordeal. I think they're responding to the "look at girls in bikinis half time show." They want their raitings back in that segment.

I hated most all of the show. I thought the music was out dated. Also, the singing was terrible. But, to show a breast on national television with everyone watching during a prime time was just wrong. Plain and simple.

There is a reason they usually show nudity or whatever late at night. Also, often there are built in restrictions on TVs to prevent viewing these channels. I bet you'd have a hard time finding nudity on TV at three in the afternoon (without a dedicated porn channel). This is for a good reason. If parents want to show their kids American Pie, they can do that. But, don't subject all the kids watching to all that. (What do you say to your 9 year old boy when his friends are all around watching when he asks you about that? What would they say to each other?) Anyway, I am kind of going off in too many different directions. This could be considered a little bit of a charged topic. No offense to anyone!
