Dana I’ve been using DSX wide with my Onkyo 3007 for a year now and agree it’s great especially in the long room I’m in now. It sure does fill the gap between the mains and the surrounds.

I’ve found that the DSP mode that works best for me depends on the recording. The more ambience in the original recording the more I like PLIIx DSX wide. The less ambiance the more I like All Channel Stereo. That goes for TV shows as well as music.
