Bob, I agree with Ken. You can post 1000 post about comparisons between the M80s and other speakers but until you'll hear them for yourself, you'll never know the answer. I don't think the $90 return is that big of a deal just to put your mind at ease. My advice is the same as the others, buy them, try them for a month and if you don't like them after that, you'll loose $90 but at least you'll know.
