If I recall:
Off is no eq at all. Audyssey would be the curve applied by Audyssey after room measurements. Audyssey BYP:L/R is Audyssey applied to all speakers except the front L and R. Audyssey Flat refers to eliminating the high frequency roll off in the Audyssey curve, and Manual is digital EQ set by the user around preset frequency values.

Since you have off currently selected, you are likely not using Audyssey or any EQ.
