Never heard the 50 wpc Monoprice, but they go for $170, $136 if you wait for 20% off sale. I've been giving away the 25 wpc amp, and like them a lot. $140 list and a bit over $100 if you wait for a sale. Now that's a deal !
I think they'd be great with the Cornwalls! Have you checked out Bob Crites' site for Klipsch upgrades? I just got his titanium tweeters and cross-overs for my Forte I's. I'll let you know how they sound when I get the time to get into them.
Mark Schifter says he's coming tomorrow to get my Emerald Physics EP2.8s running right. We'll see. The Fortes and Conrad Johnson MV60SE (KT120s) are a great combo.
Gave up cigars again. So thankful for that. I was not into 'occasional cigars.' Full blown cigar junkie. My favorites? Rocky Patel Edge (tan band). Smoked at least 5 per day. Crazy.
