Thanks for all the thoughts, prayers and words of encouragement. It is times like these in which this forum proves itself to be more than people talking audio and speakers, it is more like a family.
My Dad has a positive attitude about this and that is a very good thing. He told me last night that he was glad I would be accompanying him on Thursday...As eldest, I feel that is my duty.

I am also sorry to hear of your wife's struggle with cancer. I can only imagine that it is
much, much more difficult to deal with for a woman. You, your wife and your family will be included in our prayers as well. I pray God grant you peace and courage.
