I think it's a GREAT idea. A couple of the questions frequently asked here ARE addressed in the company FAQ (like "Where should I place my surround speakers"?). But there are a whole bunch of commonly asked questions that aren't, and could be answered nicely by a forum introductory FAQ. I hope they do it.
