Could they not just post the common questions, and then instead of posting common, agreed upon answers, simply put up a link to several posts that address that question?
This seems like it might be a bit more interactive, especially for the new members, providing both the answers they are looking for, and a demonstration of how deep and broad the knowledge and discussions are on the boards.
