In reply to:

I turn 70 in June.I can't score my age in golf but I can bench press my weight: 175 lbs. When I was 50 I did'nt think I was old but I'm starting to feel that way now.

Well Mr. Frank, congrats and my hat's off to you! Anybody on the board got you beat? Sounds like you just may be 'Mr. Senior'...and I do mean that in a good way.

Frank, you have my deepest respect, and my profound gratitude that someone is older than I. However, due to arthritis, I couldn't press even my mop.

Yup,...ya got me beat too; Frank.

I can still lift my own weight....I do it at least once a day with great difficulty.......called getting out of bed in the morning

But now I feel young at 60 and can look foreward to at least another 10 years!!

F107, I salute you. Four kids at 61!! That is amazing. I have 3 kids under 6, and I have never felt so exhausted in my entire life. All the time. And I'm only 36. The whole "kids keep you young" is a lie!

Actually, if I count ALL my kids they go from 35, 29, 27, then the Grandkids that we're currently raising of 11, 9, 7, and 4.

So yup....we raised one family in the 70s and 80s and we're raising a second one now

And speaking of age;....just hope to still be around to see the second batch grown
