Damn, I forgot Van Halen, WITH Sammy Hagar. Yeah, that's right, I liked VH with Sammy. My first rock concert was 5150 and it changed me. Love the old stuff too, but yeah, 5150, 0U812, good stuff. Let the attack on my Opinion begin...what BS. But come on, somebody said Amy Grant! Get off my case.

Ooooh Live Rust, thats a great album!
"Bruce Berry was a workin' man, He used to load that econline van."
I actually met Bruce's brother in Banff one winter. He was ski and avalanche patrol at the hill where I worked. They were both roadies for various band including Neil Young.
I need to pick that one up again.

Oh!!! you can't forget that song from The Grinch that Stole Christmas...You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch!!! always thought the singer sounded alot like James Earl Jones. In the original it was Boris Karloff. Zimm - I liked Van Hagar as well and 5150 and OU812 were perhaps the best of them. Like you I saw Van Halen on tour for 1984 and it stuck with me. The album reminds me of some great times, always crank it up when I hear songs on the radio, especially at home

Ok, I'll admit it too then...we seem to have a group of us here. I prefer Van Hagar. I played OU812 over and over again. The older stuff is ok, but I think it gets so overplayed on radio around here that I'm tired of it and wish they would play more Van Hagar era stuff instead.
Since I'm playing now too it appears.
NIN - The Fragile (although I like them all, this is probably my fav) Radiohead - In Rainbows, only cause it took me to that album to start listening to them. OK Computer is a good one too. Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine Tool - Lateralus GNR - Appetite for Destruction Harvey Danger - Where have all the Merrymakers gone Nirvana - Nevermind Pearl Jam - Ten
Maybe not an all time fav, but I'll list it because a lot of people probably aren't as aware of these.
TV on the Radio - Return to Cookie Mountain Autolux - Future Perfect
