Well there is a high possibility that I just suck. I enjoyed most of the game, but the end just kept dragging on and on. Then when u think u killed the final boss the seemingly unbeatable final final boss arises from nowhere for one last battle. Who knows, there might be 6 more battles for all I know!

I'm sure I suck more than you. I haven't been playing any video games lately, and when I was still playing, I would usually play on the easier difficulties because I didn't want to invest so much effort. How old I've become!

I finished “Mass Effect” last night in a quest to create a character to port over to “Mass Effect 2” and eventually “Mass Effect 3.” I didn’t get a high a level as the first time I played but then this time I didn’t explore every little part of the galaxy.
I immediately started again I got quite far in the primary quest line in just a couple hours. Helps that your skills and weapons stay with you and the new stuff you find is based on your characters level. I can no turn up the difficulty w/o getting slaughtered.
It also is making things faster that I didn’t have to re-learn where everything is on the Citadel.
I’ve found a new appreciation for the Macco(sp) vs the “mining” in #2 which now IMO sucks even worse. At least with the planet exploration in the Macco you don’t really have to do a lot of it if you don’t want but there is a lot of stuff you need to buy in ME2 which requires to much mining.

Since I've been a little tight in the pocket book lately,(with the help of my air conditioning and water heater going kaput on me) I haven't bought a game since God of War 3. I ended up putting back in COD4 MW1 and forgot how much fun I had playing this game.
I have a gold 1 year membership to xbox live, but haven't activated it yet. I'm wanting to get semi good again before going online and getting my butt handed to me.

Ascension, haven't played that game in a while and need a good excuse to play some online. Gamertag is terzaghi- add me.

So I gave final fantasy 13 another try tonight. I re-equipped my characters with HP enhancing items and damage reducing items... Left a couple magic increasing items on one character. I sold everything else I owned and got 400,00 Gil or so. I spent alll of the cash on upgrade components. Upgraded my hp and damage reduction items so that I had nearly 10,000 hp on my main char with a 25% reduction in physical damage on my main char.
With all of these changes I was finally able to beat the game. Pretty good ending and I am relieved to have beaten it. I hate having games on m shelf that are 99% complete.

It aint over yet, now you can level your characters even higher.
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

Pretty good ending and I am relieved to have beaten it. Micah always feels relieved about that last thing, too. But thanks a lot. You were making me feel good about not having the game.
