ken- i have to say you have the most unique list yet!! from chicken run down, it gets a little strange.
one i forgot to put on my list is Jeremiah Johnson. this is a western/cowboy/indian kinda movie. it tells a great story, and has awesome cinematography. a real jem..

I admit, I was kind of looking at my DVD collection. Trust me on Chocolat, though... it's one of the best movies I've seen in years. To use a horribly hackneyed word--heartwarming.
