Man, lots of good stuff here! I'll add a few of mine, in no order whatsoever.

U571
Crimson Tide
The Hunt for Red October (I love sub movies... got K19 at home right now, I'll probably watch it in a few days!)
Chicken Run
The Incredibles
Chocolat
the Back to the Future trilogy
Waking Ned Divine
Love, Actually
Young Frankenstein
Monty Python and the Holy Grail

I'm sure there's a ton more, but there's a few.

I admit, I was kind of looking at my DVD collection. Trust me on Chocolat, though... it's one of the best movies I've seen in years. To use a horribly hackneyed word--heartwarming.

Ken, Really enjoyed "Chocolat," and "Love, Actually." I own VERY few movies, only 10. One of them is Young Frankenstein. "Cigars!" "Oh, you men are all alike. Seven or eight quick ones and then you're out with the boys to boast and brag. YOU BETTER KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. Oh... I think I love him."
