It was just me noticing. I tried playing some myself, but I fell asleep. Apparently it doesn't have to be passive entertainment for me to zonk out anymore.

Just playing Mahjong Titans from Windows Vista tonight while listening to music and chatting with Sana. I can't get used to the tilesets in this game. I was much faster at Kyodai Mahjongg. The good thing is that I don't really know what makes a higher score on this version. Faster games don't necessarily equate to a higher score. I guess I could read up on what the score means, but that would take a minute. Anyway, I'll never be as fast at any mahjong game as I was when I was using a ball mouse and staying up to all hours of the morning when I was in my first apartment and bored out of my skull and younger. I'm such a has-been!

I am actually kind of looking forward to SOCOM confrontation on PS3. I think it is an online only game, and the cost is only 39 bucks. However, if you want the one with the headset then it is 59 bucks. I need to see if the old motorolla bluetooth headset we have lying around will pair up nicely with the PS3.
I never really played any of the old SOCOM games, but I really like Ghost Recon and it seems kind of similar.

If it's anything like Call of Duty, the online version should be a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to the next CoD as well, it's the only game on my PS3 I've played for more than 20 hours or so... (though that was pre-baby, so I may not do any better on the next version no matter how much fun)

I didn't play anything because my PC died. Grr. And then I left my controller in The Boy's room after he was asleep, so I couldn't use my laptop either. Double Grr.
On another note: Exactly how many CoDs are they going to do? Jeebus... Call of Duty 18: Spanish American War Edited by kcarlile (10/13/08 01:08 PM)

If your buddies are all on Xbox, you need to start convincing them of the virtues of the PS3!

That looks awesome. What platforms does it support?
