I received a pair of QS8's recently and one of the tweeter domes was dented. I called on Sunday and left a message, one of the Axiom CSR's called me Monday morning and told me a new tweeter was en route free of charge. With that level of service you have won a very discerning customer's loyalty. The QS8's sound awesome and the build quality is top shelf plus I love that new speaker smell! :)
