It's been some time since I read it, but I remember it being difficult to keep so many character names going on in my head.

re: Dune movies

There are 3 I'm aware of. The biggie, David Lynch's, is problematic, for sure, especially when one continually casts a bowling pin in lead (leaden?) roles. That, too, was hard to keep all the previous action in your head to follow the story line. The floating Kenneth MacMillan was way cool, though.

There was a SciFi channel 3 or 4 parter that I thought was somewhat better.
