I have a best buy extended warranty story...and I'll make it short:

I bring an XBox up to the register:

Employee: That all today?
Me: Yup
Employee: Do you know about our extended warranty service?
Me: Yes, and I'm not interested
Employee: You should be, I broke two of those in the last two years!
Me: Well, I'm taking it apart when I get home. So that would make the warranty pretty silly don't you think?
<Long Silence>
Employee: OK. Have a good day sir!
