Well, they're pretty much the same. Looks like the Integra may have a different video DAC. Neither says which type they have. I know the Yammie has Farouja for video (pretty good, I guess) and Burr-Browns for audio (so that's a plus, I suppose). Noisy changer doesn't really bother me a lot; it'll be in a closed cabinet, and my JVC is certainly noisy.
