\:\) I haven't really read much about Wii Fit. Is it supposed to be worthwhile?

I've set a minimum of a half hour every morning for DDR during the week and an hour a day on weekends. I've been exceeding that minimum goal every day, but I think if I just get my heart rate up that much, I should be fine. Back when I first played it, I would do 3 or 4 hours continuous on some weekends. I could definitely feel it.
