down thru the attic. may need to remove 2x4 header, and i'm assuming it's an interior wall or the wire could not be fished. if a 2x4 is too thick, use a piece of strapping. in worst case, use a piece of strapping nailed to another piece of strapping. make a tee shape out of it with the long length the usual 8 foot long. slide down the tee between the two walls. secure the bracket on the exterior of the wall, and if required, cut off the remaining length of the tee. have i over complicated this. it's kinda like all you computer guys telling us non-computer guys how to do all the fancy stuff you guys do. oh, you could attach the wires too.
