PB, condolences on your 885's passing. There're several Denon and Onkyo models in particular which would be suitable. Yes, the Onkyos might offer a bit more bang for the buck. The 607 would be a good choice, but even better at well within your budget would be the factory refurb 706. It's available at the moment(still on but apparently ending tonight)from
