Am I correct in assuming (given that the official weight of the SS16s is a mere 4 lbs) that it is possible to fill the stands with sand or shot? (Quite apart from any auditory considerations, my rambunctious young boys will surely knock them over if not!) And what do the SS16s have for toes? Spikes, or something more hardwood-floor friendly?
