I've pretty much given up drinking soda. I hate the changed flavors. I hate artificial sweeteners. I need to consume less sweets. I've also slowed way down on beer. I don't like lite beers. I need to lose some weight. I have increased my wine intake. Mostly the cheaper and sweeter wines. I don't know what this is going to do to my weight gain/loss scenario yet. So, far I'm slowly gaining, again. Something's gotta change.

(Perhaps I could cut my arms and legs off. That might slow down the weight gain.)
