I do have a terrible time staying away from HT. That's a fact. My main course of exercise is 30 minutes on a tread mill, using 2 fifteen minute programs that force me to sweat it out. My goal is to do this at least every other day, but the past 2 weeks, I've been a slacker. Been sick with a cold this past week. (I know excuses, excuses.) But will soon be back on track for every other day.
