It's possible that no one here is familiar with the Jamo 507s, and so you won't be able to get a direct comparison. I CAN tell you that it's very rare that someone comes here having just ordered their speakers, and ends up returning them!
So, my gut feeling is that you'll love them!
And Axioms DO love good source material. They are very accurate and revealing, so they'll really show whether or not the recording engineer did a good job!
