If you are thinking of selling speakers... you will find selling the Klipsch's as a matched set much easier to do due mainly to name/brand recognition. Selling Axioms could be tougher for top dollar, especially in Washington. For that reason alone, I'd make the switch.

I've owned Klipsch's in the past (ok, they were 1980's Klipsch Heresy in walnut smile ) and I wasn't a fan of the horn tweaters then. I have since learned that they were quite fatiguing to listen too.

Axiom's upgrade program would be the main reason I'd keep the Axioms making the move up much easier.
