The documentary was called "Empire of Dreams - The Star Wars Trilogy". And yes, it will be included on the set...it is listed on the bonus features.
I am jazzed to get this...I was one of those who saw Star Wars over and over and over again...I have the originals and the Special Editions on VHS (yuk!) but I will settle for the versions Lucas is going to release on DVD...
My son (12) is also jazzed to be able to see them on DVD as he also understands and appreciates the inherent differences between VHS and DVD (who doesn't?
).
