Yea, I saw one here in town and thought it would look real nice paired up with the silver Rotel gear but that $750 price tag had me thinking it didn't look *that* good.
I believe these units are fairly new and I'm suspecting that the price will drop, maybe. Do you mind telling me where you bought yours? You can PM me if you'd like...the price you quoted sounds more like what I wouldn't mind paying.
