I wonder if I should PM the recipe to Josh to help with his M80 quest this weekend? Trust me, it's more effective than candlelight!
Anyway:
12 oz / 340 g Toblerone, broken up
1/4 cup / 60 mL Half and Half or whipping cream
2.5 tbsp / 37 mL Amaretto
Melt chocolate with cream on medium-low until it's smooth. Stir in the Amaretto and enjoy! So good with all fruit and spongecake too.
(on occasion my elbow has slipped, and a little bit of extra Amaretto has fallen in - even Kahlua at the same time!
Good news is it doesn't hurt the recipe at all!)
